With over 25 years of experience, in which we’ve delivered numerous solutions of varying complexity and scale, we’ve developed a highly effective delivery process which is proven and robust.

It starts with an on-site meeting - yes, unlike many IT support companies we actually like to visit our clients - to fully understand your business, the environment and your existing systems. Then we discuss your ongoing and future requirements in detail considering issues of scale, technologies, performance, security, back ups and disaster recovery.

We then undertake an analysis of your existing systems to identify any gaps between it and your identified needs. We then provide a costed proposal with recommendations and options as appropriate which is presented and discussed.

The on-boarding process starts with the installation of agents on each machine with credentials, contracts and third party vendors. We install upgrades, new technologies and security as proposed then verify and test the systems end-to-end.

With the new systems commissioned, we support it through continuous monitoring on a 24x7x365 basis at our operations centre using a suite of tools that identify and pre-empt potential issues.

Finally, we provide ongoing management reviews and performance reports with pro-active advice.
